All about the CONTENT
I aspire to create content experiences that delight customers and align with business objectives. I think a lot about inclusion, data privacy, usability, and plain language while working with teams to produce a consistent voice and content information infrastructure across the whole company.
I also speak and write about the intersection of art, technology and society. I want a future where the human five senses are empowered in a technological world.
Typical projects I work with begin with a discovery phase to understand the customer's needs (jobs to be done) and business analysis to identify areas for impact. I work to establish trust and clear communication with stakeholders, developers, AI trainers/linguists, Q&A, and data analysts. During the design phase, my goal is to create the best possible experience for the customer while balancing the needs of business and navigating the viable APIs and tech available inside agile sprint cycles. Once a flow goes live, I enjoy deep diving in the audit numbers to rapidly identify improvements for iteration.
